- Watch. A short video opens each topic and covers one concept at a time.
- Read. Key concepts and deep-dive notes sit beside the session for reference.
- Ask. The teaching assistant explains the same concept until it lands.
The Teaching Assistant
- An LLM-based assistant sits with every video session and explains its core concepts.
- Predefined questions give learners a starting point instead of a blank prompt.
- Follow-up questions go as deep as the learner wants, at their own pace.

Why Another Free Course
Twenty-four years of the actual work. I have run IT programs since 2006 — financial services, healthcare, energy, retail. Most of what went wrong was never technology; it was missing information. Those lessons, and the structures, processes and procedures industries really follow, are what this curriculum carries.
Giving back takes many forms. I have contributed to PMI practice guides, reviewed PMP and ISC2 exam content, and mentored project managers along the way. Every professional journey is different, and this free program is the form of giving back I chose for mine.
